Peek-A-Boo Gate Fold

 

This card may look like it might open once you slide off the center piece...but no...it has a hidden  Peek-A-Boo fold to it!

This card is created by making a duplicate layer of the same shape.  One is attached to the left side of the gate using a small 1 1/2" square of cardstock folded in half, and the other is added to the right side of the gate the same way.

When the card is closed, you don't notice the second layer until you open the card!  Really easy to create!!

Recipe for this card:

Base - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" - I used Garden Green

    Scored at 2 1/8" from each edge to form the gates

DSP - 1 7/8" x 5 1/4"

Cardstock - 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" times 2 - I used Gorgeous Grape

Cardstock - 2' x 3 1/4" times 2 - I used Soft Seafoam and Whisper White one of each

Scrap - 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" times 2
